Caliber Security Partners Names Catherine Pierce Chief Executive Officer

TACOMA, WA, UNITED STATES, September 1, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Caliber Security Partners, a cybersecurity testing and penetration testing firm, today announced that Catherine Pierce has been named Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Tab Pierce, founder and former CEO, will transition to President and Chief Revenue Officer.

Catherine joined the Caliber leadership team following the merger of 3P&T Security Recruiting, a security staffing firm she acquired and grew, tripling its revenue prior to the merger. She has served as President of Caliber since then and, over the past 18 months, has taken increasing operational responsibility for the company, including strengthening its financial infrastructure and standard operating procedures.
